Joanne Brown has worked in her family’s business since her days at Strath Haven high school. Since the age of 16, she spent weekends and summers as a prep cook, line chef, sous chef, and ultimately executive chef of Talluto’s Philadelphia Italian Market store.
She currently has 21 years of professional experience in the foodservice industry and holds a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communication and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. Joanne currently works as a liaison between Talluto’s manufacturing operations and retail operations, focusing on new product development and product consistency among multiple retail outlets. When Joanne is not developing Talluto’s product line, she enjoys experimenting with different recipes for her family at home; many of which make their way onto menus at Talluto’s brand retail stores.
