What you'll need:
1 package Talluto's Fresh Cut Fusilli |
1 lb. Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 bunch Asparagus, cut on a bias |
1/2 cup Frozen Peas |
1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes, diced |
2 cloves Garlic, minced |
1 tbsp. Olive Oil |
2 tsp. Salt |
2 tsp. Black Pepper |
2 8 oz. jar Cento Clam Juice |
3 cups Water |
1 container Talluto's Rose' Sauce |
One Pot Creamy Shrimp and Fusilli Soup Directions

Heat olive oil in a 6 quart pot.

Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add shrimp and quickly sauté in garlic for 2 minutes until shrimp are slightly cooked.

Remove shrimp from pot.

Add clam juice and water and cover.

Once the liquid reaches a boil, add fresh cut pasta. Stir well, cover, and cook pasta for 3 minutes.

Add asparagus and cook an additional 3 minutes.

Add rosè sauce and heat to a simmer.

Next, add frozen peas, sundried tomatoes, and cooked shrimp to the pot.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve.
