One Pot Creamy Shrimp and Fusilli Soup

What you'll need:
|1 package Talluto's Fresh-cut Fusilli|
|1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|1 bunch fresh asparagus, cut on a bias|
|1/2 cup frozen peas|
|1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, diced|
|2 cloves fresh garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp. olive oil|
|2 tsp. kosher salt|
|2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper|
|16 oz. clam juice or shrimp broth|
|3 cups water|
|1 container Talluto's Rose' Sauce, thawed|
One Pot Creamy Shrimp and Fusilli Soup Directions
Heat olive oil in a 6 quart pot.
Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add shrimp and quickly sauté in garlic for 2 minutes until shrimp are slightly cooked.
Remove shrimp from pot.
Add clam juice and water and cover.
Once the liquid reaches a boil, add fresh cut pasta. Stir well, cover, and cook pasta for 3 minutes.
Add asparagus and cook an additional 3 minutes.
Add rosè sauce and heat to a simmer.
Next, add frozen peas, sundried tomatoes, and cooked shrimp to the pot.
Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve.
