Vodka Pizza Pie

No fancy pizza oven? No problem! Take pizza night to the next level with this recipe. Talluto's pizza shells and our homemade Vodka sauce make it super simple.

We recommend adding some fresh arugula and a balsamic drizzle before serving!

Ingredients

What you will need:

1 package Talluto's Pizza Shells
1 container Talluto's Vodka Sauce, thawed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 16 oz ball Talluto's fresh mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Parmigiano cheese, shaved
1 sprig fresh basil

Vodka Pizza Pie Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Line 2 round pizza pans with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly brush the top and bottom of the pizza shells with a little bit of olive oil. This step helps the crust to crisp and brown.
  4. Spread half of the vodka sauce onto each pizza shell.
  5. Add the shaved Parmigiano cheese and the slices of mozzarella cheese over each pizza. 
  6. Place the assembled pizzas in the hot oven. Place one pan on the top rack and the other on the middle rack.
  7. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes. Rotate the pans about halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven when it is cooked to your liking.
  9. Allow the pizza to set for a minute or two before cutting.
  10. Enjoy!
