What you will need:

1 package Talluto's Asiago Cheese Tortelloni
1 container Talluto's Rose Sauce
2 oz. baby spinach leaves
4 oz. Fontina cheese, shredded
2 oz. Parmigiano cheese, grated

Three Cheese Tortelloni alla Rosa Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Warm the Rose sauce over low-medium heat in a large skillet. Set aside.
  3. Cook the tortelloni according to the directions on the package...approximately 5-6 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta well and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
  5. Add the baby spinach leaves and saute for about 1 minute until the spinach is wilted.
  6. Remove from the heat and transfer the pasta to an oven-safe dish. You could also divide it into ramakins for individual-sized portions.
  7. Top the pasta with some grated Parmigiano and Fontina cheese.
  8. Place the baking dish on the top shelf of the broiler oven and cook for about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve immediately.

This pasta can be prepared in advance. Simply warm the pasta in the skillet, transfer to the baking dish, top with shredded cheese, and broil just before serving!
