What you'll need:
| 2 lbs. Talluto's Mini Meatballs |
| 1 Onion, diced |
| 1 clove Garlic, minced |
| 2 tbsp. Butter |
| 0.5 tsp. Salt |
| 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper |
| 1 6oz. can Tomato Paste |
| 18 oz. Water |
| 4 tbsp. White Vinegar |
| 1 Cup Orange Marmalade |
Sweet and Sour Meatball Agrodolce Directions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
- Add the diced onions, salt, and black pepper.
- Sauté the onions over medium high heat for about 10 minutes stirring frequently. Allow the onions to soften and caramelize in the pan.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 additional minute.
- Add the tomato paste stirring well to incorporate.
- Simmer for 2 more minutes then add the water to the saucepan.
- Add the meatballs to the mixture and stir well to coat.
- Add the orange marmalade and vinegar, cover the saucepan and allow the meatballs to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve.
