Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala Cream Sauce

What you'll need:

1 package Talluto's Roasted Mushroom Ravioli
1 Shallot, minced
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
0.5 cup Dry Marsala Wine
6 Asparagus spears, blanched
4 White Button Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. Fresh Thyme Leaves, roughly chopped
0.5 cup Heavy Cream
0.5 tsp. Salt
0.25 tsp. Black Pepper

Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala Cream Sauce Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the minced shallots, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves.
  3. Sauté for a few minutes until the shallots are softened and slightly browned.
  4. Add the Marsala wine and heavy cream.
  5. Simmer the sauce until it reduces by half.
  6. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  7. Once the ravioli are cooked, arrange them on a serving dish and top with sauce and asparagus.
  8. Add freshly grated parmigiano cheese if desired.
