Pumpkin Tortelloni with Orange Cream Sauce

This Orange Cream Sauce brightens up this dish so you can eat it all year round!

What you'll need:

1 lb. Talluto's Pumpkin Tortelloni
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp. Orange Zest
1 cup Light Cream
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Grated Parmigiano Cheese

Pumpkin Tortelloni with Orange Cream Sauce Directions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add orange zest and heat for about 1 minute to release the flavor.
  3. Add the light cream and reduce slightly.
  4. Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, strain well and add to the skillet with orange and cream.
  6. Add freshly cracked black pepper and a little salt to taste.
  7. Toss gently and top with grated parmigiano cheese.
