One Pot Creamy Shrimp and Fusilli Soup

What you'll need:

1 10oz. package Talluto's Fresh Cut Fusilli
1 lb. Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch Asparagus, cut on a bias
0.5 cup Frozen Peas
0.25 cup Sundried Tomatoes, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 8oz. jar Cento Clam Juice
3 cups Water
1 container Talluto's Rose' Sauce

One Pot Creamy Shrimp and Fusilli Soup Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a 6 quart pot.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add shrimp and quickly sauté in garlic for 2 minutes until shrimp are slightly cooked.
  4. Remove shrimp from pot.
  5. Add clam juice and water and cover.
  6. Once the liquid reaches a boil, add fresh cut pasta. Stir well, cover, and cook pasta for 3 minutes.
  7. Add asparagus and cook an additional 3 minutes.
  8. Add rosè sauce and heat to a simmer.
  9. Next, add frozen peas, sundried tomatoes, and cooked shrimp to the pot.
  10. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve.
