Pesto Gnocchi with Green Beans

What you'll need:

1 package Talluto's Potato Gnocchi
1 8 oz. container Talluto's Sweet Basil Pesto Sauce
0.5 lb. Green Beans, cut into pieces
Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Pesto Gnocchi with Green Beans Directions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to directions on the package.
  2. In the last two minutes of cooking, add the green beans into boiling water to blanch.
  3. Meanwhile, heat pesto sauce in a sauté pan over medium-low. 
  4. Drain gnocchi and green beans and add to sauté pan.
  5. Combine well and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Top with parmigiano cheese, if desired.
