Sicilian Fusilli with Cauliflower

What you'll need:
|1 package Talluto's Fresh Cut Fusilli|
|1/2 head Cauliflower, cut into florets|
|1/2 Onion chopped|
|1/4 cup Garlic, chopped|
|1/2 cup Olive Oil|
|3 tbsp. Anchovy Paste|
|2 oz. Pine Nuts|
|1/2 cup Golden Raisins, soaked in hot water|
|1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper|
|1/2 tsp. Salt|
|1/2 tsp. Black Pepper|
|1/4 cup Pasta Water|
Sicilian Fusilli with Cauliflower Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Add chopped garlic, onions, anchovy paste, and crushed red pepper.
Sauté over medium heat to allow garlic and anchovy to caramelize.
Add cauliflower and soaked raisins with liquid.
Season with salt and sauté until the cauliflower is tender.
Add a little pasta water if needed.
Cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package.
Once pasta is cooked, remove from the boiling water and add it to the skillet with sauce.
Add pine nuts and toss well to incorporate.
Top with grated pecorino romano cheese, if desired.
