What you'll need:

2 Sheets Talluto's Spinach Linguine
1 Sheets Talluto's Egg Linguine
2 tbsp. Butter
0.75 cup Prosciutto or cooked ham, julienned
1 cup Frozen Peas
1 container Talluto's Shallot Cream Sauce

Paglia e Fieno Straw and Hay Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet and sauté the ham for 1 minute.
  2. Add the shallot cream sauce to the skillet with the frozen peas.
  3. Cook the pasta al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain well and add to the skillet with the sauce and the peas.
  5. Simmer in the sauce for an additional minute. Top with grated Parmigiano, if desired.
