Tomato Fettuccine makes Shrimp Scampi a real treat!

What you'll need:

1 lb. Talluto's Tomato Fettuccine
1/4 cup Olive Oil
4 tbsp. Butter
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
2 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Pasta Water
1 tsp. Salt

Tomato Fettuccine Shrimp Scampi Directions

    1. In a large skillet, warm olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the chopped garlic and crushed red pepper. Sauté until the garlic is light golden brown in color.
    3. Add the raw shrimp to the skillet, then wine and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they are just about fully cooked.
    4. Add the spinach leaves and season with salt.
    5. Cook the fettuccine al dente, for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water.
    6. Add about ½ cup of pasta water to the skillet with the shrimp and spinach. Continue to cook until the spinach is wilted.
    7. Once the fettuccine is cooked, drain well and add to the skillet with the shrimp. Sauté for one additional minute and serve!
