|1 package Talluto's Ricotta Cavatelli|
|2 containers Talluto's Tomato Sauce|
|1/2 lb. Talluto's Impastata Ricotta Cheese|
|1/2 lb. Talluto's Fresh Mozzarella|
|1/4 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated|
Baked Cavatelli Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook cavatelli al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile warm the tomato sauce in a saucepan.
When the cavatelli are cooked, drain them well and add to the tomato sauce. Toss in the sauce to coat.
Transfer the cavatelli to an oven safe dish.
Top the pasta with dots of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the grated Romano cheese.
Bake the pasta in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and slightly browned.
Remove pasta from oven and serve!
