What you'll need:

1 46 oz. can Cento Beef Broth
2 cubes Beef Bouillon
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 lb. Talluto's Potato Gnocchi

Grandmom's Potato Gnocchi with Brown Gravy Directions

    1. Melt the butter in a stockpot over medium heat.
    2. Add the flour and whisk together to combine.
    3. Allow the flour and butter to simmer slightly for about a minute.
    4. Slowly add the beef broth to the stockpot. Add the bouillon cubes, mix well and bring the broth to a boil.
    5. Allow the broth to reduce by half to intensify the flavor and to slightly thicken into a gravy.
    6. Boil the gnocchi in a separate pot and cook according to the instructions on the package.
    7. Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain well and return the pasta back into an empty pot.
    8. Add the beef gravy to the gnocchi and simmer for an additional minute to coat.
    9. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve along side your favorite Roast Beef.
