One Pot Creamy Spinach & Gnocchi Soup

What you'll need:
|1 lb. Chicken, cubed or shredded|
|1 lb. Talluto's Potato Gnocchi|
|1 container Talluto's Spinach Cream Sauce, thawed|
|32 oz. Cento Chicken Broth|
|32 oz. Water|
|1 1/2 tsp. Salt|
|1/2 tsp. Black Pepper|
|1 tsp. Olive Oil|
|1 small bag Frozen Vegetables|
One Pot Creamy Spinach & Gnocchi Soup Directions
Heat olive oil in a large soup pot.
Add the cubed chicken and season with the salt and pepper.
Quickly brown the chicken on all sides. It is not necessary to cook the chicken thoroughly at this point.
Add chicken broth and water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the potato gnocchi to the pot.
Return to a boil and cook the gnocchi for 3 minutes.
Add the spinach cream sauce and the frozen mixed vegetables.
Return to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Top with freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese and serve.
