Pesto Potato Gnocchi with Green Beans
An gnocchi twist on this classic recipe! Sweet basil pesto or pesto Genovese is a staple of the Northern Italian region of Liguria. Pesto, potato, and green beans is a classic dish that is enjoyed in this region.

What you'll need:
|1 lb. Talluto's Potato Gnocchi
|1 container Talluto's Sweet Basil Pesto
|1/2 lb. Green Beans, cut into pieces
Pesto Potato Gnocchi with Green Beans Directions
Cook gnocchi according to directions on the package.
In the last two minutes of cooking, add the green beans into boiling water to blanch.
Meanwhile, heat pesto sauce in a sauté pan over medium-low.
Drain gnocchi and green beans and add to sauté pan.
Combine well and cook for an additional minute.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Top with parmigiano cheese, if desired.
