1 lb. Talluto's Ricotta Gnocchi
3/4 cup Caesar Dressing (homemade or store bought)
1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper strips
1 cup Broccoli florets, raw, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. Pecorino Romano Cheese

Ricotta Gnocchi Salad with Caesar Dressing Directions

    1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packages, for 4-6 minutes. 
    2. Once the pasta is finished cooking, drain and submerge the gnocchi in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
    3. When the pasta is cold, drain well and pat dry with a clean tea towel.
    4. Combine the gnocchi, peppers, and broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
    5. Add the Caesar dressing and the grated Romano cheese. Toss well to incorporate.
    6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
