Spinach and Egg Fettucine with Alfredo Sauce and Lemon Zest- Christmas Fettucine Directions
- Warm the alfredo sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, 4 minutes.
- When the fettuccine is finished cooking, drain it well and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
- Sauté the pasta in the sauce for an additional minute.
- Portion the pasta out into smaller plates, grated some lemon zest and Parmigiano overtop, and serve.
