Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala Cream Sauce

What you'll need:

1 package Talluto's Roasted Mushroom Ravioli
1 large Shallot, minced
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Dry Marsala Wine
6 spears Asparagus, blanched
4 White Button Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. Fresh Thyme Leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala Cream Sauce Directions

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
    2. Add the minced shallots and the sliced mushrooms to the pan. 
    3. Sauté for a few minutes until the shallots and the mushrooms are softened and slightly browned.
    4. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme leaves.
    5. Add the Marsala wine and heavy cream.
    6. Simmer the sauce until it reduces by half.
    7. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
    8. Once the ravioli are cooked, arrange them on a serving dish and top them with the sauce and the asparagus.
    9. Add freshly grated Parmigiano cheese if desired.
