What you'll need:
1 package Talluto's Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Ravioli |
1 clove Garlic, minced |
2 tbsp. Olive Oil |
1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers |
1/2 pint Heavy Cream |
1/2 tsp. Sugar |
tsp. Salt |
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper |
1 tsp. Parsley, finely chopped |
Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Ravioli with Roasted Pepper Cream Sauce Directions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until golden in color.
- Add the roasted peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream ,salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer until it reduces slightly.
- Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Add sauce to a blender and blend on low speed until the peppers and cream sauce is smooth.
- Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
- Once the ravioli are cooked, arrange them on serving dish and top with the cream sauce. Top with the freshly chopped parsley.
