What you'll need:
1 package Talluto's Veal Ravioli |
4 tbsp. Salted Butter |
8 leaves Fresh Sage |
Veal Ravioli with Browned Butter and Sage Directions
- Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
- While the ravioli are cooking, melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the fresh sage leaves to the pan with the melted butter.
- As the butter melts, it will begin to foam and turn a nutty brown color. The sage leaves should sizzle and become slightly crispy.
- Once the ravioli are finished cooking, drain well and combine with the browned butter sauce.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
- Top with grated parmigiano cheese and serve.
