1 package Talluto's Pumpkin Ravioli
1 stick salted butter
8 leaves fresh sage
freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

Pumpkin Ravioli with Browned Butter and Sage Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  2. While the ravioli are cooking, melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the fresh sage leaves to the pan.
  4. As the butter melts, it will begin to foam and turn a nutty brown color. The sages should sizzle and become slightly crispy.
  5. Drain ravioli and combine with the browned butter sauce.
  6. Top with grated Parmigiano cheese and serve immediately.
