Pumpkin Tortelloni with Orange Cream Sauce

What you will need:

1 package Talluto's Pumpkin Tortelloni
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp orange zest, grated
1 cup light cream
1/2 tsp kosher salt
tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 oz freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Pumpkin Tortelloni with Orange Cream Sauce Directions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add orange zest and heat for about 1 minute to release the flavor.
  3. Add the light cream and reduce it slightly.
  4. Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, strain well and add to the skillet with orange and cream.
  6. Add the freshly cracked black pepper and the kosher salt.
  7. Toss gently and top with grated Parmigiano cheese.
  8. Enjoy!
