Fig & Balsamic Meatballs

What you'll need
|2 lb. Talluto's Mini Meatballs|
|1 Onion, diced|
|2 tbsp. Butter|
|1/2 tsp. Salt|
|1/2 tsp. Black Pepper|
|1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar|
|1 cup Fig Preserves|
|1/4 cup Beef Stock|
Fig & Balsamic Meatballs Directions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the diced onions, salt, and black pepper.
Sauté the onions over medium high heat for about 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Allow the onions to soften and caramelize in the pan.
Add the balsamic vinegar and stir well.
Add the fig preserves stirring well to incorporate.
Add the meatballs to the mixture and stir well to coat.
Add the beef stock, cover the saucepan and allow the meatballs to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve.
