Steakhouse Creamed Spinach

What you will need:

1 12 oz. container Talluto's Shallot Cream Sauce, thawed
10 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach, washed and dried thoroughly

Steakhouse Creamed Spinach Directions

  1. Gently warm the shallot cream sauce in a large pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add the fresh spinach leaves to the hot sauce and stir to incorporate.
  3. Place a lid on the pan and allow the spinach to cook over medium heat just until it is wilted. (Approx. 2-3 minutes) Stir the spinach occasionally to assure even cooking.
  4. Remove from the heat and enjoy it as a side dish for steak, pork, chicken, or seafood. You can add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and/or freshly grated Parmigiano, if desired.
